im starting a music review/article site or blog. Should i start a blog or start a website? read details pleas?

so i need to know which one would be best for what im doing… wordpress for a site and google blogger for a blog. i plan on hacing review s for cds and new artists and articles ive written and such. Im just kinda curious on which is best. let me know what you think!
